2. Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Because we work with international suppliers and fulfillment partners, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and logistics providers.
Estimated delivery times are typically 7–15 business days, but delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, high demand periods, or other external factors outside our control.
By placing an order with Jakvix, the customer acknowledges and accepts these estimated delivery timeframes.
3. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at support@jakvix.com.
After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
Returned items must be:
• Unused
• In original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof that the item has been shipped back.
4. 14-Day Return Policy (Non-EU Customers)
Customers located outside the European Union may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

All return requests require approval from our support team.
Returned items must be:

• In original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

5. How to Request a Return

Please include the following information:

• Photos or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Items damaged due to misuse
• Hygiene products once opened
• Gift cards
• Final sale items
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send your order number and clear photo or video evidence to support@jakvix.com so we can review the issue.
If the issue is verified, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.
8. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once your return is approved and processed, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or if the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds will not be issued for orders that are still in transit within the estimated delivery timeframe.
